Flame loss during operation. This is a temporary error, wait for the boiler to re-ignite.

What causes this fault?

This fault occurs when the boiler's control system loses the signal that a flame is present while it is already firing. The most common reason is a dirty or worn flame sensing probe that can no longer 'see' the heat, or a temporary fluctuation in the gas supply that caused the burner to flicker out.
