What causes this fault?
This message appears when the boiler's controls detect that the hot water cylinder has cooled down and needs reheating. It occurs because the external programmer or cylinder thermostat has sent an electrical signal to the boiler requesting heat for the water taps. This is a standard part of the boiler's operation and simply confirms it is prioritizing your hot water needs.
DIY fix possible
