What causes this fault?
This is not a fault, but rather a status message triggered when the boiler is actively monitoring the temperature of the water coming back from your radiators. It occurs during normal operation to help the boiler's internal computer calculate how much heat is needed to keep your home comfortable. You do not need to take any action as your heating and hot water will continue to work as normal.
