What causes this fault?

This occurs when the boiler is receiving power but there is no immediate demand for heating or hot water. It simply means the system is resting in standby mode or has successfully reached the required temperature and is waiting for the next signal to fire up.

DIY fix possible

No action required as the light indicates the boiler is receiving power and functioning normally.If you have no heat, check that your room thermostat is turned up.Ensure the programmer or timer is set to an 'on' period.
