What causes this fault?
This code appears when the reset button on the control panel has been pressed for more than 15 seconds or caught accidentally. It is a safety feature that puts the boiler into a temporary pause to prevent the internal software from becoming confused by constant reset signals. Once the system finishes its internal check, the code should clear automatically without any further action required.
DIY fix possible
Press the reset button firmly once and release it immediatelyWait up to 30 seconds for the display to return to a normal temperature readingIf the code persists, switch the boiler's power off and back on at the fused spur switch
